Registered Dental Hygienist
Nancy has been in the dental profession for over 30 years, graduating from George Brown College Dental Assisting in 1989 and then 2 years later from Dental Hygiene at Canadore College. That same year Nancy accepted a position in British Columbia and hopped in her car for a little adventure out west. While there Nancy attended the University of British Columbia and obtained her certificate in the Administration of Local Anaesthesia. Although a beautiful province, Nancy missed her family and was back in Ontario 2 years later where she has continued to gain experience in a variety of settings in Toronto and North Bay, including periodontics, paedodontics and general practice.
In 2015 Nancy was back at George Brown College and obtained her Certification in Orthodontics for Dental Hygienists and Invisalign technology.
Always willing to help out in any way, Nancy is cross trained not only as a hygienist but is also knowledgeable in administration and reception , and on rare occasion, if duty calls will even dabble in chair side assisting. Her motto is “ variety is the spice of life.”
Nancy and her partner Ric bought a home together in North Bay in 2009 where they raised Emily who is now 18 and out exploring life in Whistler.
With her easy going nature Nancy is a “Gentle Hygienist” making the world a better place one smile at a time.
